Popup problem

Hi, I've a problem with the popup of product image and in the buttons "ask about price" "make a question about the product"

I've seen about jQuery conflict but seems it is not the problem
Any suggestion?

check whether your template should load fancybox or facebox -  set in VM admin

thanks for your prompt reply.
My template use Fancybox I can see it in the template demo and I've set it in VM admin as you can see in the attached screenshot
In Fact  in this page http://tiricordoancora.com/catalogo/linea-lowcost/golden-yellow.html  if Iselect the icon lens on the product it open a popup

You must first test on the base template (Protostar) - it will work

then if it it doesn't on your template complain to the template builder...
