How to change Registration completion redirection page

Hi,
I would like to change the redirectio page AFTER a user register at checkout to a custom page. I found this post for older VM versions http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=63765.15
Has anyone seen a similar 'hack' for VM 3.0?
