1. can I update to Joomla 3.4 without breaking the theme?

2. Uncaught ReferenceError: Virtuemart is not defined ...where do i have to declare virtumart?

3. these files are all missing....not only the files but the corresponding folders and paths do not exist

1. depends on your Joomla template - nothing to do with VirtueMart

2. Sounds like a JavaScript problem, usually reklated to the choice of Joomla template/jQuery versions

3. None of those are related to VirtueMart.
