Products images dissapear randomly after a few days. VM3.0.2x j3x

Hello everyone,

Well, the thing is I create a product list, then upload each respective product image.

But after a few days, some of the products don´t have their image anymore, this just happens randomly, some of the products ive had to upload their image 2 times, while others remain stable... Why is this happening, and the big question, how do I keep this from happening again?

when an image disappears what is the failed url to it?
what is in the path that the failed url points to?
if you check directly in the vm media DB table for the image path and relation to the product what do u find?

There is an image for "no image set" and an image for "no image found", or do you mean, there is absolutly NO image?

In product images within the product´s profile, instead of showing me the image that i uploaded, it just shows the default image for product image unavailable, it doesnt show any url, there is simply to image...
