Standard paypal Plugin missing

it seems we accidently deleted the Standard Paypal Plugin after installing VM3.

Where can we re-download it?

Easiest to just reinstall the VM3 aio component through Joomla's extensions manager.  If it is not VM3.0.3 you are using then you should update both components.
