Site crash when add new product

The website works fine except on one computer (my client's computer). The whole page crash when he add a new product. He use Windows 8.1 and Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11.

I've add new products with my three PCs with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 with browsers Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox and it works. But not on my client's computer, why?

So we have to guess what is wrong with the client computer?? Or their connection to the net?
