Error on Cart page after upgrade from 2.9.9 to 2.9.9a

I get this error in my cart module and and on the cart page after upgrading from 2.9.9 to 2.9.9a

Joomla 3.3.3 and PHP 5.4.30

After upgrading to 2.9.9b this error is no longer displaying.
