1. if you are not using template overrides then edit the category display file at components/com_virtuemart/views/category/tmpl/default.php to change the price display, and use language overrides to change the text strings. If you are using template overrides then you should edit the file at [your joomla template]/html/com_virtuemart/category/default.php

2. use css to change the font colour.
