calculating tax override price is wrong

The tax is not calculated again when you use override price. It uses the tax based on the base price. This gives some problems with payment provides that check the calculated tax. Is there some way I could solve this?

I have tested it in Virtuemart 2.9.8a and I don't have any problems there but the code is different in some places contrary to vm 2.6.8, the problem is in file calculationh.php but I cannot find the main reason. Think it has something to do with setting the salesprice with the override price.
