Thumbnail creating problem

Hello all,

I'm importing new products trough Store manager for Virtuemart. But when i'm tying to do this, the thumbnails are not automatically created by VM. I have a resized map with the good right (755) and i have automatically create thumbnails on. But still it's not working.

Using Joomla 2.5 and Virtuemart 2

what is this "Store manager for Virtuemart" ?
Should you not ask them?
