Help desk support/Ticket system

We want to suse a support ticketing system where user cna not only upload picture or vidoes but also can track back their tickets, some what like view tickets we have.

What extension bes suites, actully we want customer to file report on what prolbem they are facing in their product they purcuase so they will upload picture or videos of any product they buy from us.

I think you got my point , any extension that is help ful.

Yes, user must able to track their issue if poossible can edit those too
