Not display picture on header email after confirmation order

I don't have the picture from shopper on header email after an order confirmation ?

can you be more specific about your problem. please share some more details. you are talking about which picture and what you want to do exactly.

In fact, when customer makes an order, he receives by defaut an confirmation email about the detail of his order from the shopper.
And in this email I don't have the picture ( logo of shopper) on header of this email. sorry for my english.

okey so by (logo of shopper), you mean logo of your shop. if i am getting this right then all you have to do is go to > your virtuemart control panel and look below in letter head section then check the "Include Vendor Image" checkbox and you are done and also you can set the size of logo by putting size next to it in "Size of Vendor Image" input box.
