Product Page Not Displaying in Admin Area

Hello everyone,

I have recently found an issue on my VM site. When I log in to the CP and go to the Virtuemart | Products page (administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=product), a blank page is displayed.

The rest of the site appears to be working as expected.

I am currently on VM version 2.6.0a

Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong?

It may be that you just need to reinstall - or update to current, VM2.6.1

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I've had a look through but I still can't see what the problem is. Joomla is up-to-date. I've updated VM as suggested and I'm still having the same problem. When I click on 'VirtueMart' | 'Products' in the backend, a blank white page is displayed. I inspected the code and there isn't any code whatsoever.

Really confused!

Normally means a fatal php error
turn all logging and debugging full up - Joomla config
ask host if they see anything in error logs etc etc

Did you update VM using Joomla's extensions installer?  See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=123808

Any error messages? Turn on VM's debugging messages and look at the page.

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed com_virtuemart.2.6.2.zip and com_virtuemart.2.6.2_ext_aio.zip.

I'm still getting the same white page error.

The PHP logs are showing these errors but I don't think these are related to the issue?
