EMAIL LINK TO VIEW ORDERS ONLINE GIVES BLANK SCREEN

Could someone please assist as I am getting a blank screen when the user clicks on the "view your order online" link they received in the email? /index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders&layout=details&order_number=ba7a010&order_pass=p_7ac4c

VM: 2.6.0a
Joomla: 2.5.20

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
