Switcher between thumbnail and list view?

Hello, is there a way or module/plugin that will let my shoppers switch products view between default VM thumbnail view and raw, detailed list view?

Do I understand you correctly you are looking for a module which will display viewed products?

csluk please be more specific about what you want to do. By thumbnail view do you mean the category list view? In which case the full product details are available by clicking on the thumbnail or hitting the product details link.

Sorry, so i want to make a button, that will switch the way products are displayed in categories, as example like in windows folders, list, details, icons, etc..

OK. There is a low cost 3rd party addon to switch between two view, http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=123461

That could provide a starting point. Or to do it yourself you will need to make suitable template overrides for the default category view file.
