Additiona image work wrong

I updated to version 2.6.0a and clicking on additional images nothing happens. Just click on the main picture to open the lightbox
can you help me

I can't see anything obviously wrong. Try with the Maximenu disabled in case the fancymenuck.js script is preventing the image function.

There is a new setting in the admin -> configuration->configuration->template

bottom left -> check box -> Open additional images on main position

BUT - this is on by default AND you MUST have Use Fancybox chosen  (same page->Activate Css Styles & Javascripts)

It has a really nice effect that will kill a lot of 3rd party img plugins.. 

The thumbs show in the main area when clicked AND when the main image is clicked you can cycle thru the images in the Lightbox - nice

But if Fancybox isn't enabled AND Open additional images on main position is checked zilch happens

I always wonder why VM sells itself so badly - I bet 50% of users will never find this..

I never knew that - but then again I never turn fancybox off.

On an upgrade from clean 2.0.26d to 2.6.0 Fancybox is off by default... 
and Open additional images on main position  on --
