BEEZ5 Template / VirtueMart 2 / PayPal express checkout

Hi,

I am using BEEZ5 template.  (My web guy downloaded it from (i think) shape5.com but I'm not sure)

I am using VirtueMart 2.5 shopping cart.  (I don't know where to get the exact version number.)

I am using Joomla 2.5.18

I have put into VirtueMart the PayPal non-sandbox credentials and the sandbox-credentials.

I put an item into the cart and proceed to check out.

I click the PayPal check out and it APPEARS to work pretty well on the PayPal sandbox side but for some reason the VirtueMart checkout screen on my site stays at the "ready to check out" version of the order form instead of showing something different that indicates that payment has been completed.

Does anyone have any pointers that can help with this?

Put an item in the cart
proceed to checkout
click the PAYPAL checkout button not the green checkout button
when you get to paypal use
user id: 000k@belderok.com
password: qwerasdf1234
do whatever you need to do
see that you come back to our site but still needing to check out
