order emails admin not receiving

How to set up in virtue mart for admin to receive email about orders.

Its working when somebody register on site but not when somebody buy something

in virtue mart i have :
Order-mail format -> HTML mail
Use the vendor email address -> TICKED

hi, i am using Virtue mart 2.6.0 and Joomla 2.5.19.

Client is not receiving emails as well.  really don't know. i checked everywhere. can you please help

also after update i don't have Virtue Mart in menu bar. need to use link administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart
