how to remove add to cart

can some one tell me how to remove add to cart text from default template , i only need a product list just like a catalogue without any cart system

Hi,
To use VM only as a catalogue you must do the following:
VirtueMart Control Panel->Configuration->(shop tab)Use only as catalogue - check the box if you need to disable all cart features.
