Vendorimage and name disappeared on invoice!

Since yesterday the vendorname and image are gone on my invoice!
I haven't changed anything, I have put in a image of the controls.
Has anyone got an idea what happened?

If you didn't change anything then did your host change something?

I don't know.

The other thing left is to restore VM...
Otherwise I don't know a better solution for the problem.
