Orders Error

Hi all, very first post so if its in wrong area I apologise!

I am trying to delete orders I created for testing reasons, but they wont delete! I get the following error:-

Warning, the Safe Path is empty, for safety reasons it is very important to create a folder in a path not accessible by an URL, create also a folder invoices in it to store your sensitive data secure. Our suggested path is for your system /home/www/vmfiles, use this link to the config

Dont really understand what it means, can someone simplify this for me and tell me what to do! Thanks guys!
