Show titles in address or billing

Hi there.

I have a small issue, and I am sure it has been brought up before, however I am not sure what to search for.

I made two custom fields, IE floor number and office number. The fields work fine, however, on the billing info it does not show floor no or office no, as below:

All I want is there to state "floor number" before 10 and "Office Number" before 122

This is all on the cart page.

Once logged in you can add something to the cart, and you will then see the customers / billing details, they only have numbers, and it does not say floor or office number in front of it?
