contact form as payment

Hi there,

is it possible to have a payment form as a simple contact form. What i want is when a client submits an order. that order gets sent off for packaging and devery. however if they have a certain card I want them to be able to have that option where they click it, it opens up the page and then a form will appear and it also gets sent off stating they have ordered using the following card option. the form will only have a name and card number option.

If you follow the steps of purchasing a product (do not click Credit card as that is set live) but click Farmlands card I have created an Iframe in there but I know this is the cheap way to do it and not good practise.

If there is any plugins or something I can do please let me know.

By the way there is already built in VM feature called "Call for price".

Use it and eliminate possibility for customers to be able order via Virtuemart cart.
