Pick up option

Can anyone tell me where in VM I can add a option for " Pick up" . I want the customer to have a option to get it deliveried or option for them to pick up at the store.
I am using
Joomla! 2.5.7
Virtuemart 2     Installed version 2.0.12f

Simply create a shipment method of type "Standard"  and call it "Pick up". The shipping costs should probably be 0 in that case. "Pick up" is simply another form of shipment...
