Adding Clickable Link To Custom Fields

Hey again everyone.

I have just two questions this time. I am adding a custom field to certain products so that they agree to certain terms before purchasing. The first question is how do I go about making this mandatory to have clicked to add to shopping cart. The second is: Is it possible to add clickable links to the custom field option text.

Running Joomla 2.5.11 and VirtueMart 2.0.22

Any solutions or advice is much appreciated.

So in built in VM2 agreement to certain terms doesn't satisfy you?

Those terms are fine but I need an additional one for specific items. I am running a Diesel Performance shop and some items will make vehicles race worthy but street illegal. We want to be sure that when they purchase certain items they take full responsibility for that said item and it's capabilities.

For the clickable link I want to use I Agree To The {simplepopup link="liabilityagreement"}Liability Agreement{/simplepopup} Terms and make it mandatory. I couldnt find any info on adding html links within a custom field option. If any information is available that would be great. If a link is provided to said info that would be even more useful.

First of all what is mandatory link? I simply couldn't imagine this thing.
