how can I change the layout of the product list to be the same of featured produ

I dont know exactly how to express my question. What i have is at the left of the picture. What i want in my product list by category is on the right. How can I change the layout?

In other words i want to layout my product list in category with the exact same layout that the products have on featured/recent/top.

It looks like you have a commercial template using overrides so it is those you will need to modify. Use Firebug to work out the code changes required.
