Change buyer information / Käuferinformationen ändern

Good evening, I have a question. I want to protect the username in the buyer information so that the user can not change the name. In the backend, the function is disabled so I can not change it.
I want to create an additional field: create registration date and registration date. I do not get it back.
Do I have to change it by override, if yes then where can I find these and how can you change it.

Guten Abend, ich habe eine Frage. Ich möchte im Käuferinformation den Benutzernamen schützen, so das der Benutzer den Namen nicht mehr ändern kann. Im Backend ist die funktion gesperrt, so das ich ihn nicht ändern kann.
Ich möchte auch ein zusätzliches Feld erstellen: Registrierdatum und Anmeldedatum erstellen. Ich bekomme es nicht hin.
Muss ich es per Override ändern, wenn ja dann wo finde ich diese und wie kann man es ändern.

Hmm the first idea, I do not really understand.

If a user registers, then he should be able to choose his nickname, but not able to change it later? Or do you mean the displayed name? Atm you can only block userfields, so that only the admin can change it. It would need a small change, so that user can fill the field as long it is empty.

Register date and last login date? Is in the user information, I consider it as a template thing.
