Resend Past Orders

Hi,
For a time, my server's PHP mail function was disabled and the admin was not emailed any orders. This is a problem because I have the offline credit card payments module and half the credit card number is sent in the order confirmation email.

How can I resend the order details emails to the admin?

In the order edit is an option, when you "change" the order status, imho it is just enough to write a note and to store it, to resent the order. I did it already, users can also go in the FE, order maintaince and just redownload their order.
