Store Locator with contact details

I have over 3000 products.
Each of them are available at various stores.
I am looking for a simple and easy way of assisting the user when in the product details page, they select the province or city they are in, and a list is then displayed with the stores in that city that have the product and the store contact details.
And what would be the best way to load the various stores to various SKU's?
Anyone know the best way to do this?
