Add to cart not working in Chrome

I'm having issues with "Add to Cart" when using google Chrome browser. Nothing happens when the button is clicked. Works fine on other browsers though. Any ideas how to get this working other than turning off Ajax?

Im using Joomla 2.5.11 and virtuemart 2.0.20b.

Add to Cart button works fine on that site for my copy of Chrome.27.0.1453.110
Pop up happens and then can choose either Continue Shopping or Show Cart.
Check you aren't blocking scripts somewhere in config.
