Can I get a reason why the ratings and reviews are in 3 tables. Seems a bit much for something that only needs a product_id, rating #,  comment, date, publish. Oh yeah and a user_id for the comments to get the name of poster. Please explain how this system works currently.
No such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer. I won't ask if I know the answer or found it using the search as you suggested.
