Virtuemart 2: "Notify me" on category view

is the first time I write in this forum.

I have the following site (currently under maintenance):

For the moment, the site is only in italian language.

I have observed what is written in this thread, but I could not find the solution to what I would do:

I entered the "Add to Cart" in the page display general product and it works fine. If a product is sold out, of course, does not allow me to insert it into the cart, but I wish that instead of "Add to cart" appeared "Notify Me!" (with pupup to send e-mail to the customer) exactly as it is entered in the "product details". I have not figured out how to do it and I do not even understand how the discourse that brings up "Notify Me!" on the details page.

When I go to your site and enter the user and password of "assistance" all I get is a 500 error.

I'm sorry!
You have to write "assistenza". I have translated  "user name" and  "password" too. 
I have now corrected the first message and you can enter in the site.
