How to change the invoice layout ?

Hi Folks !
I searching how to change the layout of the automated invoice.
The sriginal layout is quite ugly :-( where is the file to change ?

The template files are in /components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl/    Be sure to use your edited files as overrides.

The next release of VirtueMart has an inbuilt invoice designer/editor
