Where is the "notify" list emails in the backend

Hi

I found some threads but none answered the main question and they are 1 year old, we are using the "notify button" for out of stock products, is that working?

I'm asking for VM latest version 2.020b

Where is the list that used to appear inside each product with all the users that applied to being notified.
