Is VM2.0.2 compatible with Joomla 3.0?

I don't see the system requirements listed on VirtueMart 3 download or
info on the installation post indicating Joomla version requirements.

Also, I don't see a bundle download package, so I am wondering
if I can do a new install on the latest Joomla. VirtueMart works
great on my Joomla 2.5 sites, but I want to start a new shop with
Joomla 3.0+, if possible.

Is VM2.0.2 compatible with Joomla 3.0?
