Category links doesn't work anymore

Hi,
i've created my joomla site with virtuemart in a folder named "joomla" instead of the root of my server because i still needed my old site to work.
Now my new site is ready and i have deleted my old site and placed everything from "joomla" inside my root and then went to admin and changed every path that was wrong. example: changed www.terratopia.be/joomla to www.terratopia.be
But in the virtuemart webshop when i click on a category i get a error500 page. (go to http://www.terratopia.be/index.php/webshop and click a category to see)
And it's just the category's that doesn't work because i can still see my products (on http://www.terratopia.be/ i have the module to view products, and i can still see them and click them)

can someone help me with my categories???

You did create a Joomla menu link called Webshop. With what did you link that. Did you link it with the vm frontpage or with the vm categories page. It should be linked with the vm frontpage. If you did that already, try to deactivate the SEF URL inside the Joomla configuration (administrator->configuration). Does it work if done?

The link to the webshop is linked to vm frontpage.
but where can i find the SEF URL??? i use joomla  2.5.11

on the left of the webshop page i have the categories module and on the frontpage the categories are also shown, but they both don't work.
They did work before i moved everything to my root folder.
