How about include a option in the Top buttons (..., publish, unpublish, edit, new, delete, etc)

this 2 new options at ( index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=product ):
- Publish All Selected Products in the "Featured" items... we could only select "one by one"
- Show/Hide only the Published/Unpublished products in the Products List
