add more fields in "ask a question "

Hi, Please i need to add more fields in "ask a question " form as to be a booking form which has these fields " Name, Email, Address, phone,mobile, destination , check-in date, check-out date, number of rooms , etc & at the end paypal payment plugin to pay, or to submit to send this booking to an email ?? please how can i do this ? as i am a beginner with virtuemart ... if this is not easy ! how can i change the link when i press on as aquestion about this product to be redirected to another component : fabrik form ?
