how to Shipment or payment method replace with order form

hi,
can anyone tell me how to replace shipment method with custom order form.when users click on checkout button show only order form.? i do not need to shipment or payment method..
please help me.

what you need is a "quote cart" right?


They add items to their cart & submit for quote?

You setup the "standard payment method"
& a shipment method with NO fee for all weights.

THEN, in checkout configuration in "virtuemart administrator"

have

automatic select shipment   & automatic select payment checked.

Then, they just have to fill in billing address
