The "ADD TO CART" function will not operate.

I am using JA Vintas "fashion shopping" Template for Joomla 2.58 with Virtuemart 2.0.10 pre-installed.  The "ADD TO CART" function does not work.  I tried to disable the Optimize CSS and JS functions and still will not affect it in anyways.  Does anyone has good suggestion or experience with it that can relate to me?

Maybe the template is not compatible with vm 2.0.10

Do not use any form of JavaScript optimiser/compression with VirtueMart, and be wary of a host that uses Cloudflare or similar "optimisation" software on their servers.

Usual cause of Add to cart not working is one or more JavaScript conflicts, so check for this - Firebug can be helpful there. https://getfirebug.com/errors

Thank you for the info,  so I should not use any of the cache feature as well?

You should turn off all Joomla caches and optimization initially when testing the site operation. If it is working OK then try turning things back on to make sure nothing breaks.

Sever side caching is a potential blocker for some VM Functions, so choice of host is important.
