Show Cart - "404.html" Error and Anomalies

Hi folks,

Joomla 2.5.9.
VM  2.0.18a

The Shopping Cart module seems to be working. When I add an item to cart the page switches to a Shopping Cart page that shows all the details I'd expect. Also the Shopping Cart module seems to maintain a list of products ordered.

However, when I click on "Show Cart" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart module, it redirects to a page that won't display: "404.html"  and the URL comes up as "https" (which is crossed out) "://my temporary domain/index.php/component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=15"

The "Check Out Now" button at the bottom of the cart does the same.

This is a test I have run while not being Logged In. I have not yet tested while logged in. It could be related to that but I would have thought there would have been a prompt to log in?

Also there seems to be no easy way to clear the contents of the Cart. I can add zeros to each product to remove but I suspect not everyone would think of that??? If someone has added a product by mistake, this could prevent them from proceeding.

Also happens when I try to use the Login box that is a part of the cart.

I should point out that I have not yet configured a payment method. I was hoping to test before adding the PayPal payment method. Could this be the problem?

Help appreciated.

Deselect "Enable SSL for sensitive areas" in configuration/shop as it appears that your server does not support SSL.

Thanks Kelvyn,

That is great. Works now :)

As it is obviously recommended to have SSL active, I have also sent a service request to my host to see if they can change that. I am sure that it is possible to have SSL on there.
