Inventory vs sales reports

Hi,

I desperately need a report to do the following. Does anyone know of anything that is capable of doing this please.

For each of my products, I have 3 child products. For example, if I have a Black T-shirt, the parent product would be Black T-shirt, this would not be orderable and would have 0 stock. I would then have 3 child products, Small, Medium and Large, each with their own stock level.

I need to be able generate a report where I can select 'Black T-shirt' and the report will show me how many of each size I have sold in the last 12 months, and how many of each size I have in stock.

I currently have interamind reports 3.0. I can get this to show how many of each size I have sold, but not how many are left in stock. Would there be a way to hack this?

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section, wasn't sure quite where to post it.

Really hope someone can help me with this as I am desperate!

I too am desperately in need of this.    I have the same interamind reports component and it's great but won't allow you to compare sales vs stock.    I've been unsuccessful in hacking it thus far.... help would be HUGELY appreciated.
