New language not showing template override

Hello,

I have a multilingual site working with Joomla 2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2.0.18a

Everything is working ok except when I view the Virtuemart front end with my newly installed language, it seems to be using the Virtuemart default category template and not my  site template - category template override. I´ve searched for related posts and found nothing.

Do I need to organize my template overrides in language folders? I´ve tried a few things and no luck. Any hint as to how the route should look would be helpful. I suppose there is an "out of box" answer, but I just can´t find it.
