modify user email confirmation

Hi,
i would like to know which is the page i need to modify to change the email confirmation after an user registration.
This is what happens to me:

As you can see there are a couple of errors.
1) Welcome to must display the company name and not my name.
2) Every data is shown 2 times

What can i do to fix that?

I also would like to know how to fix this. The grammar is a tad awkward, and I would like to remove the password line. Changing "send password" in Joomla user options does not work.

I figured it out: 

I needed to change components > com_virtuemart > views > user > tmpl > mail_html_reguser.php    I changed the password_clear to password_hidden, and then changed my language > en_gb > en_gb.com_virtuemart.ini line 623 from "your password: " to "your password: ******". Of course I could have just removed the password_clear line all together.

I also cleaned up some of the grammar in en_gb.com_virtuemart.ini
