I wonder if your product is compatible with http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=99418.0
VirtueArtcz says one page checkout is compatible with ProMart, but no mention of MegaMart (I guess it's too new)

Yes, it is compatible to linelab's one page plugin. Just like ProMart here also the layout of the checkout page generated by the plugin may not look like the original design of the template. So if you want the layout generated by the plugin to be same then you may have to customize checkout page layout of the plugin.

VP MegaMart - Ver 1.2 had been released on 18-Mar-2013. It is now fully compatible to VirtueMart 2.0.20.

I just can say, the VP MegaMart template is marvelous, it works well with VM 2.0.20b and the service from the developers is excellent.

No, this template will not be converted to responsive layout in future. It is a fixed width layout template.
