Select Payment Page Blank *** SOLVED ***

OK, I've hit a wall.  This site is set up with Joomla 2.5.8, VM 2.0.18a; running PHP 5.3 - TRYING to set up Authorize.net

I set up the payment for Authorize.net, published it. But when I go to "select payment" that page is blank.

The payment plugin IS published.
Cache is disabled
SEF in VM is off, on in Joomla

This is NOT a migration, but a fresh install.

I'd really appreciate some guidance.

Nothing?  Is this something simple I'm missing?  I'm really getting desperate for some help on this.

OK, I figured it out.  Thought I'd post my solution in case it helps someone else.

Even though I am only selling in the US, when I removed the Country in the Payment Configuration it appeared on the front end.  This post helped me:
