How do I add a empty category text

Hi guys, I just want to add a little bit of text to a category if there are no products to display but am not sure how or if this is built into the VM functionality.

Hopefully one of you can give me a little nudge

Do you have php knowledge? Maybe you can solve this with a override from category view.
