Edit Registration Email Sent to Customers

There seems to be an oddity with the email that is sent out to new registered users of the store.

At the top of the email is says 'Welcome to Handler's Name' whereas it should say 'Welcome Handler's Name'. I've tried looking in the language files and found three instances of 'Welcome to' but none of them control the welcome message in the email.

I would appreciate some guidance on fixing this.
