VM2 2.014 subcategories show products from other subcategories ?why

a simple issue drives me crazy.
For example my main-category is FOOD and I have two subcategories "FRUIT" and "BREAD"
and all my products are assigned to the right subcategory and only to one!! subcategory !!!

but then if I choose FRUIT" it shows me also the products assigned to BREAD and the other way round.

why !!!
