Remove Products in Front Category

VM 2 J.25
i need to remove in category all products list in browse view
whit joomla menu ->Shop "Category View"

1. Cars Truck Bus - category

2. Bus Product 1 Car Product 1  - i need to remove from category/default.php

when i create Virtuemart menu Category (not a Default Virtuemeny Categories) and not chose category in joomla menu . That menu show all categoriy(not sub-categeroy) and a bottom vm component page list all product i need to remove this products, the menu get tml from categoy.

And Look like this when click on menu Shop(createt in joomla menu ->Virtuemart menu Category whit no chose option in params)

Do you mean the front page or the category page? How after your clients will see your products. Please try to explain better ... give an images example ... screenshot ...
